Domestic Shipping:

• We offer free shipping on all products across India.
• We have partnered with reputable shipping experts such as FedEx, DHL-Blue Dart, DTDC, and others to ensure timely and secure delivery.
• All our clothing items are meticulously crafted and dispatched within 10 working days of receiving cleared payments. Please note that custom-made products may require additional time for dispatch.
• Orders are shipped post receipt of the full payment, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• For your security, all orders require a signature upon delivery.
• Orders over Rs. 10,000 are shipped only to the billing address associated with your payment method, unless authorized otherwise by the customer.
• Insurance coverage for items during transit is provided by Mahukaa.

International Shipping:

• Prior to placing an international order, please contact us at +91 9833964805 or via email at info@mahukaa.com to inform us about your shipping requirements.
• Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges, which will be communicated separately based on the destination.
• Please note that shipping costs do not include customs brokerage fees, tariffs, or related charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• International shipments typically take between 20 to 30 working days after order completion.
• Before dispatching your order, we will verify address, phone number, and contact information provided by you.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information from Mahukaa. You can also track your order on our logistics partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

General Guidelines:

• Your privacy is paramount to us. We guarantee that any personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
• A tentative delivery date/time will be provided along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date will be communicated once your order is ready for dispatch.
• We advise customers to inspect the package for any damage upon receipt. Please note that we only ship to street addresses and not to P.O. Box addresses.
