Return & Exchange Policy
- You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit your account, go to your Orders, and follow the return procedure,
or contact us at info@mahukaa.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will connect to you and get back to you as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@mahukaa.com.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping charges.
Please note: Damage claims must be made at the time of delivery and before the item is moved from its delivery location.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
- The refund will reflect the purchase amount, excluding shipping charges.
- Once processed, refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your bank account.
